I liked the fact that Rachel was not aggressive and didn’t spam and/or pressure me to make a purchase. She didn't rush the overall process. I also liked the recommendations she gave me. Rachel, as a real estate agent, is pretty much our first touch point, and being able to trust the person she recommends, is very important to me. Another big plus is she didn't force me to sign a realtor-exclusive contract at the beginning of the process. Rachel is reliable, flexible, and knowledgeable. She has great customer service and responds quickly.
